The Women & Friends Networking breakfast encourages both men and women to come together to acknowledging some of the great work which is being carried out by female leaders within the OHS profession.
The event provides an excellent opportunity for men and women to hear the gain insights on the latest in thought leadership while networking with peers, colleagues and industry professionals

Dr Peta Miller, Director, Australian Strategy, Safework Australia
Peta Miller has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy and post graduate qualifications in ergonomics and human factors. In 2004 she completed her PhD on the effects of high workload on health, safety and performance.
Peta has over thirty years’ experience across the public and private sectors in work health and safety and workers’ compensation. She has worked as a senior manager of policy and research teams developing major national initiatives, as a consulting ergonomist, researcher and academic. She is passionate about working collaboratively to improve the work health and safety of all Australians, and using evidence to inform the development of robust national policy and practice.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event may be considered for a refund under exceptional circumstances. Payments cannot be transferred to alternative events. Replacement registrants are welcome at any time and should be notified to the Institute.
